Should I take this as they're not really my friends/they dont care about me?

I just newly meet these people and we created/I was invited to their group chat. Whenever I text on there, no matter what it is, if it's a question or not a question, they just straight up ignore me. Even if they're online or whatever. Like that were active at one point doing something yet they don't reply to my messages at all. They play games online so they're too busy but eventually you know they could reply... They just ignore me and that hurts my feelings/ bothers me. When we hangout in person they are attentive and nice. But they ignore me when I text. There are three of them so yeah I was just wondering if maybe I should take this as a sign to never text them again basically.

People are never too busy to reply to a text. Maybe they just wanna go out and have fun so that's why you all go out together. But if they dont really text and make up excuses just to make you look like the bad guy they aren't really your friends. Everyone makes time to text or see the people they care about.

They’re not good friends. Don’t waste your time. A lot of people just make friends to pass time or for the aesthetic of it, without actually putting in effort like responding to a text. Responding to a text isn’t even the bare minimum - it’s a given in a friendship.
