My sister's due date has been coincidentally set for November 10. Off course her and her husband's baby girl can be born either a week earlier or later. Though the doctor is very accurate.
There is only one issue. Nov 10 is her b-day. She's going to miss her b-day cake and she won't have a chance to open up her present while being in labor for hours. I don't have kids myself but would that be awkward for a mother? How does that feels like?

i can tell you from the other way around (i share a birthday with my dad) it sucks. no matter the circumstances sharing a birthday with someone like your parents or your child sucks. it definitely takes away from your day. i would prefer to of had my own day. people often forget one or the other.
yeah I can't imagine how awkward it's for you all the time. You needed your own day too.
No, they deserve their own day.
Hopefully not on a holiday either.
yeah we can only wish it wasn't in our day nor a Holiday but unfortunately have no control over when a baby is born.
True, fortune have not had one born in our ambulances.
The dept the next town have had 4, 2 in the same year.
Maybe we drive faster.
I would have loved for my baby to be born on my birthday.
How do you imagine you would be able to do your b-day? If the child is a kid and were to invite his friends (school aged kids too), wouldn't it be awkward for the mother's b-day. How would she have time for her own b-day?
I don't celebrate my birthday and I'm not much of a cake eater either.
