Do you think it is weird someone would want to live in the same house they grew up in as an adult?

We have some estranged cousins, and I was just doing some research on them, and apparently my moms cousin retired and sold their house they've lived in since 1999 last year... and they sold it to his oldest daughter, who apparently now lives there with her family. I don't know, do you want to have sex in the same bedroom your parents boned in for decades? Seems weird in my opinion. It is a really nice house though.

There is a couple of families on the street where the parents got old and died and one of the kids is living in the house. It is a nice neighborhood and the town has a good school system.
