Of the two choices, 28 is better. Best would be mid-20s (a little younger), when the woman has reached sexual maturity, and is generally financially and emotionally stable, important for having a child.

According to my research, I have found that its best to have first baby from 25-30. As we age , the quality of our eggs keep declining. It too depends upon your health and lifestyle. I've heard people giving births even at their 50's.

28 and 30 aren't a big difference so it doesn't really matter whenever the woman is ready

Really the best age is 23 medical wise!

Women today is probably more 33 to be secure and happily married till divorce!
