There is a voice in my head from my childhood when my parents told me not to say some things in front of people. I know that's what parents should do when educating their children, but am I traumatised from childhood?

If you're "traumatized" at nearly 30 because your parents told you not to say some things in front of people you need a mountain of therapy.
I am 23
Fine so only a small mountain
You got it a bit wrong. I'm like that when my parents are around. When they aren't, I'm fine
Ok... still need a buncha therapy. You're a grown ass adult and you can't say xyz... whatever it is... around your parents. So either fix it so you CAN say it or stop being around your parents.
It's mostly fine. When I approach girls in front of them it's kinda difficult
I don't think I'd want to approach women around my parents anyway that just seems odd.
I'm from a village in Eastern Europe and families hang out together at festivals and events. I study in a town, but I go back home quite often. Sometimes there are cute girls you can't help falling for, and the fact that your parents and their parents are there makes the interaction very awkward
Yeah I hear ya bro, I'd just hate to date anyone my family knows because every argument everybody is going to be all up in my shite, and I'm just not trying to hear that ever.
Trauma response?
