Can someone get deported for infidelity if they're already citizens or not?

My older brother got cheated on by his Latina wife after 12 years of marriage. Obviously it's one of the worst experience for him. There are 2 children in the picture, a 10 year-old girl and 7 year-old boy.

She's has already been a citizen (through him) for the longest though. But can she still get deported for cheating on him or not? She's not really remorseful at all, will leave him for the other man and said the infidelity has nothing to do with her citizenship status and he can't do anything.

If she is a naturalized citizen then she is a citizen and cannot be deported. If she never became a citizen then if she is no longer married to your brother she could be deported. However Biden is not deporting anyone. He is letting even more illegal into the country.

I hope it does. My brother didn't deserve that. He's wondering if he did wrong being a good, loyal man, that never failed her nor their children. He used to spoil her and their children too by taking them all on trips during the Holidays.

I’m not going to lie honestly it may have. Seems as though a lot of women these days are like that. I’ve head so many stories of men who have done everyone they thought they were supposed to do according to women only to be cheated on or divorced. She was probably tired of the same thing, routine, boring, no excitement. From what I've read women are usually the ones who get bored w relationships. A lot of women already have backups in mind if something goes wrong w their current relationship. I’m sorry for your brother. I honestly hope he doesn’t take her back if she does come back. I wish there was a way to know in the future what happens, if she does come back?

Nope he's filing for divorce and getting an attorney so he doesn't loses too much. He will only be on speaking terms with her if it's regarding their 2 children (whom are innocent in all this mess), nothing else.

The only way she can bee deported as a citizen is if she's being extradited to another country to stand trial for a crime committed in that country.

I have a Mexican friend who was done this way 2 years ago and she had gotten his and she spoke of something like that. You should check it out if he wants to go this route. I'd make sure she could not take the children.

yeah he's screwed. There is no proof that the marriage was fradulent, none. He can't do anything. Ever since he discovered the infidelity, he tested his kids on two different clinics but both came out positive 99.99.
