Long story short, I met her 5 months ago. In my major, females outnumber males in almost every situation, so friendship between male and female is seen as normal, people tend to not dwell on it. We talk about almost everything possible... from her family life to our childhood memories etc. However, whenever I invite her out to go on a shopping or just do something together after school. She always comes up with weird excuses or just say... hmm.. maybe, someday. I thought it was because she came from a conservative background, but it turned out that it wasn't the case since she was almost always out at weekends and never really reached out to me except when she needed my help. It made me feel like she was not being sincere and I decided to cut her off. Did I make the right decision?
