What does it mean when someone calls you their enhancer?

I have heard many weird comments in my short life on this planet but this has got to be the weirdest. My sister, her male friend and I were joking around, my sister said I was enabling her friend because she couldn’t get his jokes but I got his jokes and then her friend called me his “enhancer” lol. I asked him and he just repeated the same word. Does anyone knows what the hell a human enhancer means?
