Does it mean anything if your crush calls you "by mistake"?

how can you just "accidentally" call someone who probably hasn't been in your recents? most times when you accidentally call someone, it's because you pressed their number by accident, but that only happens if they're in your recent call log... maybe it's a dumb question but i want to know

I was best friends with this boy who developed a crush on me and my feelings weren't mutual, and one time I accidentally called him just because his number was saved as one of my favorites in my phone. And one time I tried to facetime my friend SHAYNE and told siri to facetime shayne and instead she facetimed some old guy in my tech class named shane. super awkward. Those are the only things I can think of, coming from personal experience.

well I didn't pick up (whoops phone was on silent), so I texted him asking what's up. He said something along the lines of "sorry didn't mean to call" and then stated when he was free to work on this project we're working on together. He was kinda just "anyways I'm free..."
