I think you need to not do anything until you calm down enough to work out what you want to do.

That is obviously way way over any lines of acceptable things to say in an argument.

The fact that he doesn't actually think those things, isn't all that relevant. He said them to be hurtful.

The first thing you need to do is to remember that. He does not really mean it. He said it to hurt you.

That doesn't make it any more ok. It's just important to keep in mind, it was hurtful bullshit.

I am trying to give your guy extreme benefit of the doubt here. I'm trying to assume he's a good man, who acted like a fucking monster ONCE during this specific fight. I realize in reality a guy who could ever do this is probably a piece of shit (no offence to you).

But I'll assume he's a decent guy until you tell me different.

Still, this is fucked up, it's wrong, and there is no excuse for him having said those things to you.

The first thing I thought when I read this was that this guy was the kind of guy who becomes abusive. If this isn't the first time something like this has happen. That's an even bigger problem.

I'm suggesting you take some time to cool down, simply so you know your decision is not affected by being acutely hurt and angry.

What kind of man is he? What kind of man is he to you? Does he treat you right?
