What's the number one reason for you to live?

For me, it's my family and friends. I know they would be devastated if I took my own life.

Well I'm going to have to say I was given the gift of life and the chance to come here we all have a Destiny to fulfill... Here as teachers and guides .. I'm a giver of self I help a lot of people and I don't know what I would fo if I couldn't do that.

We live in a negative Corrupt world
And when you truly find yourself and becomeone with self life is beautiful.
When you allow yourself that knowledge and understanding you look at the world in a whole different way. You look at people in a whole differentv way. You understand the world we live in is a duality world. And there will always be people bad people Trying to bring you down to get into the dirty negative level of hate. Un kindness The world of chaos.
If you're looking.
For love, you are the love if you're looking for happiness, you are the happiness. You are the things that you want to be in. Life, and you order to do that. You have to become the best at your life for you and be appreciated of it.

We need to become the best.
We can become to get to the place that we're going. And the only way to do that is to become everything. This is an opportunity. Life is a gift. Life is what you make it. And in order to get there, you have to experience and explore everything to the max to be the best. I'm here on this planet. I'm going to make the best of it. I want to feel everything. I want to understand everything. I want to become everything. I'm not gonna just sit around and let it pass me by

The future is unknown. It could be more of the same, or it could be something radically different. Might be worse. Could be better. The end, however, is very final. Just more of the same forever. If all you’ve ever known is suffering, or if it has completely taken over a once normal and happy life, then a premature conclusion is perfectly reasonable and understandably attractive. But i’ve had some good times, and i haven’t forgotten them yet. So i’m still looking forward to more good times.

When I felt depressed I tried to take my life a few days before mother's day. When I told my dad I overdose he said please don't kill yourself me and your son needs you. I ended up staying a few days in the hospital. If it wasn't for my son being in my life I wouldn't have made it this far.

My kids’ then my brother , unless I fall in love with another girl , then it be her as well, but otherwise , I really have nothing else to live for , Most of my loved ones that were important to me , are dead now , Losing my Mom was it for me , because it seems my life completely went down the tubes after losing her. , My mom was the only person that could keep me smiling the most , My Dad is still alive , but I don’t have that connection with my Dad , I have tried plenty of times to reconcile are differences but realized it was better for me to just throw in the towel instead of being let down constantly, My Dad is up in age now and starting to lose his mind , so not sure how much longer he has left , he lives with my brother now , so I talk to him here and there. I am not saying I want to die , but I am not scared to die , I feel like life really has nothing left to offer me considering i already experienced and witnessed enough of it , plus our society is filled with assholes these days to the point it’s not even fun going out much anymore , I run into negative people all the time , I feel social media played a big part on damaging peoples’ mindsets. I feel times were way better back then , compared to how it is now. All I pray for is that my kids’ will have a good future even after I am gone.

I have often pondered just that question.

Life can feel scripted , From eduction in things you care nothing about to a job / career , making money for others while you attempt to claw just enough money together to carve out a corner of relative sanctuary for you to find a little peace , contentment and comfort , licking you emotional and physical wounds from life’s daily battles from the human un-kindness that surrounds you , suffocating you.

Then if you’re lucky ! , retire in the final decline of your life , should you be so genetically blessed and not lived to excess as you attempt to close the gaps of the past and wonder where your life went.

For me , it’s joy , contentment and satisfaction in any and all of the areas I can find it

#1 reason to live? Because I'm still enjoying the hell out of life. When / as that changes I'll reevaluate and take the appropriate action. I won't dump that decision on someone else. LOL, I should have died hundreds of times by now. Life has been good to me. I'm not greedy.

No, probably the #1 reason is that all the easy ways out are illegal and tightly controlled... so either I have to resort to truly horrifying forms of suicide (e. g. jumping in front of a freight train, drowning myself, drinking bleach, setting myself on fire)... or just take the coward option and keep existing... quietly hoping that someone has the basic decency to murder me for my shoes or something.

i know living living is fine. i don't know death. for all i know, death awaits me either way so i might as well do the living thing for as long a i can, cause the death thing that comes after is inevtable and permanent anyway. so might enjoy life while i have it.

This is what kept me from suicide. It would have made my family sad. I didn't have any future to live for. Since I got a girlfriend, I now have a future to live for.
