My child father think just because our son doesn't live with him 10 hours away he doesn't have to do anything for him. Do you agree?

It's his son too right? If he's not going to see his son and have a life with him, than why would he have to take care of him 🤔
In my opinion the solution is that you both split the days between each other, like 3 days with you and 3 days with him and each week on sundays he'll be once with you and once with his father and you can both share his finances 50/50, sounds very faie right? 😌

If he's abusive, why doesn't he tries to change, doesn't he loves you and doesn't he loves his son?

Highly doubt he would changed. He is physically and emotionally abusive. Even when I brought our son around him he physically abused me

The only thing he has to do is pay court-ordered support. He should have a relationship with his son, but he doesn't have to.
