Make-Up Before and After

There seems to be this constant never ending debate over make-up on GaG, in magazines, IRL, as to whether women or men, should wear it. Regardless of what anyone else says, the only 2 real questions you need to ask yourself about make-up are, do you want to wear it, and if so, does it make you happy? If the answer to either of those is no, then don't do it. If the answer is yes, then wear it because you want to and it makes you feel good.

I've heard a lot of people joke that make-up is wizardry or voodoo magic; don't know that I'd go that far with saying that, but it absolutely can transform a face from really subtle looks to really dramatic ones. Also if you have scars or acne, it really can help some women and men to feel more confident going out into the world which as we all know is VERY JUDGEMENTAL! I think it only makes a shocking difference when people don't have naturally full eyebrows and lots of acne/skin problems.

To be fair, most of the girls without make up are like average and a lot of guys wouldn't even like all those facial imperfections, but with make up... She instantly gets bumped up 2 points. 2 points in the dating world Is HUGE

That's funny. Aside from a few of them I think most of them are still quite pretty without makeup. One of them I think is super pretty. Eye of the beholder eh.

Honestly I actually prefer before. Especially the last girl, I think she's beautiful in the "before" pic and I like it better than the after. For the ones I wasn't attracted to, it didn't make me find them attractive when they were wearing makeup. But anyway I'm weird so. :D

There is no doubt that it can make a huge difference. but sorry, men should not wear makeup

Why not? If I had showed you the after images of those men, I can almost guarantee "are they wearing make-up?" would not have been your first thought---plus you, yourself, just said, it can make a huge difference. This is especially true if you have birth marks, scars, or severe acne.

Very nice, it's awesome you included male pictures too. Guys, if your skin is getting you down, use make up if you can afford it :) it does help in confidence.

Men wearing makeup is just weird, I prefer using face wash to fight pimples and clear your skin. The closest thing to makeup I use is eye cream for my bags under my eyes and crowsfeet around the corners of my eyes.
