If so, do you own any and are you conscious of the extra cheek you're showing?
Would you wear them, if they came into style where you are?
Honestly, I wouldn't wear them. They do look cute, but I just don't have the cojones to reveal so much of my body. I have a big butt, so people would assume I'm "trashy". Just like if a girl shows too much cleavage and has big boobs, people would consider her "trashy" even though she's not.
I wear like "grandma" bathing suits like a tank top and shorts. I dress modestly and almost prudish sometimes. But I try to not go much to the beach in the first place.
Kudos to the girls with enough confidence to rock them :)
Yeah cheeky bikini bottoms, I have a pair. They kind of look like this

Do you wear them as often as your bikinis that have more coverage? And do you feel any more self-conscious? Or sexier maybe?
those look uncomfortable. why don't people cover themselves up anymore today?
@TheDevilInside i I don't get why people say people don't cover up anymore seeing as how, we started off walking around naked, making it our most natural state (so natural that we're even born that way). But they're not uncomfortable. And I wear them because I like them also it's hot. My body is nothing to be ashamed of, no ones is so there's really no need to cover up unless for safety reasons
It has been what, 60 million years since humans walked naked on earth. If you say that since it's the natural thing to do and that people should walk naked again, then you're saying that we should hunt and gather again and never consume processed food.
Besides, if you're that comfortable with your body, why not drop everything off? Makes sense, no?
@TheDevilInside your getting extreme. But wearing short shorts, small bikinis, etc are all normal and doesn't really make you slutty. Our bodies are natural and once again there's nothing to be ashamed of. Breasts, legs, penises, and butts (especially butts because we all have one) are nothing weird if we see them, who cares. Just because my swimsuit bottoms cover them, doesn't mean it doesn't exist.
Also it's hot so why don't we just wear whatever makes us comfortable
those are sexualized body parts. No one would bat an eye if you bare your elbows.
Again, if you're comfortable showing off your body, why not walk around nude? I'm not being extreme, just using your logic to talk to you.
@TheDevilInside because I'm comfortable in clothes, enjoy wearing them, and try offer my body protection. If I didn't enjoy it, I wouldn't do it. No sense in doing things that make me unhappy
Also sexualized body parts are only sexual, because we've made them that way. To a little kid seeing a penis isn't seductive or sex it's simply seeing a body part. And I don't get why we've changed to the point where looking at one another is so controversial but unfortunately it's where we are
because religion at some point decided sex was a sin, so they also decided all forms of things that could lead to sex was a sin. The result was that body became taboo.
Hell, in some peariods of time a woman was to be more or less completely covered. That's why. We're moving in the "right" direction, but we're still oversexualizing everything.
Also it's important to realize that no matter how hard you fight it, people will find SOMETHING to use as a definition of "sexy". Some part of the body to look at. So why not embrace it? Why not make it normal? Make it natural? Remove the taboo?
exactly. It's where we are, just like where we are in terms of processed foods and synthetic things. We just don't live like cavemen anymore. Wearing clothes and sexualizing everything is just part of a civilized world and not living like cavemen or tribespeople from deep in the jungle.
@TheDevilInside when you say civilized people, do you men almost like lady and gentlemen. Because we're far from it, we kill each other, steal, damage our bodies, and pollute our home. We are from from civil, we just have towns and cars
yeah so running around naked or half naked wouldn't make things better now, would it?
@TheDevilInside those are incomparable. Walking around naked and murderig one another are two different things that are completely unequal. Accepting our bodies and not being ashamed of ourselves Is Better than damaging our home.
to me they're all pretty much the same, only the degree varies. But they're all damaging our morals.
@TheDevilInside so you think bare boobs (that nurture our young) are equal to taking someone's life? Flaps of fat on our skin is equal to killing someone? If you think that is equal you really new to revaluate something, because in no way are those two things ever equal. That means by being naked you are equal to a murderer, which is the dumbest thing I've probably ever heard. One is being our natural self and one is killing people, which should never EVER be equal
@TheDevilInside Styles like this are the norm in Brazil (and some other South American countries, I think) and that has been the case for decades yet I don't think they've had a corresponding drop in moral standards. Over there, women of all ages where skimpy bikinis - it is not just the young and the beautiful. They have a term for it - "fio dental" - literally dental floss as there is so little fabric. Yet being topless on their beaches is taboo.
I suspect bikini styles will continue to get skimpier, and we will all get used to seeing more butt cheek, and in 20 years it will be the norm.
I think it is a bit like the concept that the only parts of a woman's breast that are considered immodest to bare are the nipples and areolae - the rest of the cleavage is less sexualised (think breast feeding).

Lol... To be quite honest I wouldn't be too ashamed at all in wearing these... Gosh, what have I said!
Just once in a while a girl has to stand up to what she truthfully thinks she can get away with. :)
Spoken as a true Bond girl :) After all, Ursula Andress coming out of the sea is supposed to be the most famous bikini of all time.
@Asker... Oh you sweet charming so and so (blushing)... Now if I was blessed in having a figure like hers then I sincerely would have nothing in the world to complain about. :)
I'm really conservative and I hate swimming suits the way they are. Any more revealing is a big fat NO.
faith in the next generation!
@TheDevilInside hahaha yeah. Everyone I know calls me old fashioned and they say "if only your whole generation was more like you"
I do not like too much revealing clothes, including cheeky bikini tops/ bottoms etc
So no. I do not have those.
No, even if I had a great rear I still wouldn't. Why? because I'm classy. The regular bikini shows off enough already. There should be some left for mystery.
I have one and I love it.. Im from Greece, there most of the girls wear one so it isn't rare and I dont find it revealing..
I would never wear them, but I have a friend who only wears them. I could never have that kind of confidence. She is happy with her body though. She goes to nude beaches, so those bathing suits are what she considers covering up.
My girlfriend and her mom wear it on beach and poolside dancing party or exhibitions and get topless on vacation.
I liked my girlfriend her mom get topless.
I dont have one but i love them and hope to get one this summer
When i read the question i thought of spongebob lol
Nooo... even I lost weight but still won't wear a bikini
I did and I will, with my boyfriend, friends and family too, my family is so libera and we believe in liberalism.
I have a few, when with friends at the beach i wear them.. not around family or anything tho. They are pretty common amongst girls my age here,
Where in the world are you?
