Guys, is SLIGHT/ACCIDENTAL bikini (swimwear) camel toe tacky?

To me, it's embarrassing, awkward, and unattractive. If I notice it on another woman/girl that I know, I will almost always make her aware of it, as it's embarrassing to me, and I figure she would want to know.

I'm not sure why some people are somehow reading that I am "judging" something that is ACCIDENTAL/UNINTENTIONAL.

Anyway... In the case you're talking about, it being unintentional, I think it's only moderately tacky. And I only say moderately because you don't know if it's really intentional or not unless she's screaming attention whore.
It's not a great look in my opinion but unfortunately sometimes it can't really be avoided, at least not without a coverup or something like that.
Some women just have larger pussy lips and that just makes it difficult NOT to have a camel toe. They could of course choose another cut of bottom but if they're comfortable with it I say have at it. It doesn't bother me. It could be worse.
As for telling them, I don't know if I would simply because I don't know what their situation is down there and I'd rather not make them feel self conscious if it's something they really can't do much about.

A camel toe is not like a C-section scar. A C-section scar looks terrible if it's very noticeable. Most people try not to stare. Some people are going to stare anyway. I'm sure there has to be some way to hide camel toes at the beach. There are children and families there. It's not something everyone wants to see. Those people don't go there to look at butts in thong bikinis, hot dogs in speedos, or camel toes. It depends on what kind of beach you are at. A family beach full of children is not the place to be flaunting a camel toe.
