Beauty is just an opinion that differs with each person. Some might find someone super beautiful and others might not find that person beautiful at all. That is why it is true when it's said that everyone is beautiful in their own way. I suppose if you look at it, in different situations beauty can be both a curse and a blessing. A curse in the sense that you may face a lot of hate, envy, and harassment but a blessing in the sense that you can use it to your advantage and you can be more confident in yourself.

Beauty being very subjective, it is unfortunately a curse because, regardless how beautiful (or less) a person is, there will always be a person of the opposite gender that will have arguments to find you beautiful, even if you don't feel like it.

That is indeed a curse because there are a very high number (if not the majority) of girls would like to be seen as a person with character, personality and intellect rather than be objectified and sexualized just because of her looks.

That exposes how fucked up we are , to think outside the facts is what so many people do, simply put did Elvis Presley , Michal Jordon, Muhammad Ali, Thomas Jefferson or any other person with a gift looks talent etc it simply gives that individual an advantage to achieve what goals one sets

it is what it is, I'm an average looking guy and i know that whenever i decide to settle down with a woman that even if she's a solid 10 that if we live long enough her beauty will eventually fade and if i was model material i'd have the same result

beauty and handsomeness can be both ! this guy can see a pretty girl and want to ask her out but does not do this for he can be saying to himself - I would ask her out but she is way to pretty to go out with a man who looks like me - ! and the pretty girl may feel that he is to cute to date an average looking girl like me ! after all they both have images to keep up too
