Only on the surface causing people to become super fragile because they aren't fixing themselves internally. Each person on this list is emotionaly unstable and can't be left by themselves without antidepressants or some time distraction.

No, it's all a matter of how you view yourself. Self-confidence is something mental. If you view yourself poorly, I think it's best to change the way you view yourself, to learn to appreciate your quality and accept yourself as who you are.

Yes i think it fix people's inconvenience. My friend had a rhinoplasty surgery (his nose bone has broken and skewed). now he is happier than before.
