To begin with, different people will definitely have different preferences. But males would usually prefer females to dress in a more elegant manner. Your collared shirt is not so bad but it doesn't match with a pair of jeans. Matching the shirt with something that doesn't look so crude would be better. The best would be to wear the shirt with an elegant skirt.
The blazers and oxfords are only meant for formal events and make you look presentable, so if you intend to use them for casual meetings and dates, it would likely be turn offs.

Yes, it is a turn off if a girl wears masculine clothing. They should just stick with dresses and pants that fit them nicely. It just doesn't look appealing if they wear guys clothing.
