But to answer your question, if a man dressing like a woman indeed looks like a biological woman then I won't be able to tell of course, otherwise I wouldn't think much of seeing men dressed as women on the streets. I personally wouldn't be friends with them but if they were my colleague or something like that I'd definitely be polite and professional.
