In my opinion it's really disrespectful to pressure someone or comment on something they can't change. My wife has a lazy eye and I would never dream to make fun of her or pressure her for it.
Sometimes we tease each other about it or my short height like when we were in school, but it's something of a remembrance, not done to make each other feel bad at all.
