I have them on my breast and hips, which are the main places guys tend to look at, so yea, I am a little self concious. I usually ignore them but every once in a while someone has to point them out if I'm wearing a bikini or something. It's annoying :(
I have some stretch marks, but I don't feel self conscious about them because they are a natural part of my body and they are not that noticeable. Like if you look really hard then you'll see them.
I don't care about them. I've got a few on my arms/shoulders from when I was a little heavier. I don't think people actually look like they do in the movies.
I'm thin, was never fat, and have stretch marks. I definitely don't like them and am a little self conscious but based on the guys responses its obvious that we shouldn't be especially because they have them too!
I have them on my legs from when I had a growth spurt thankfully theyre pretty sheer, I absolutely hate them but I find that moisturising them makes them less visible
I did glycolic acid treatment over stretch marks, and then microdermabrasion machine and the previous treatment at the same time...And the last one was chemical peels. It all helped me to improve around 80% the appearance of the stretch marks.
I notice it once and ignore it from then on. They're no big deal unless they're massive and very very evident (haven't had any scar cream used on them.) They really don't bother me.
i have some on my hips and on my boobs which are pretty big, but they've never really bothered me they are really faint you can only see them when the light hits them at just the right angle
I have been lucky and don’t have them. But, my boyfriend does have some because of muscle growth (shoulders and hip flexers are the most noticeable). When he is tan it is very hard to notice them. I think stretch marks are a normal thing to have. I know many people who have them. But I could have never known till they point it out. Like the saying…. You are your own worst critic. :) Hope this helps.

I have stretch marks on my thighs and the back of my calves and I am very self conscious about them. I don't wear shorts, I only wear capris because of them. Although I know it's not a big deal, I just feel ugly with them.
I am probably just grouchy today...but...I don't c how these stretch marks are any different than makeup...Females ask what males think and then tell us we're stupid, don't know what we are talking about, think we don't like makeup but we really do, it's your bodies and you will do as you damn well please.. If I tell you that I actually LIKE your stretch marks it won't change your attitude..u will still hate them and want them gone. How could I possibly reassure u?
I do have them but fortunately they've become whiter in time and nearly faded away (since I'm pale as a ghost)... But yes I hate them but over time learnt to live with them, nothing we can do about it so might as well stop worrying...
Unless there's a lot of them or they're very noticeable then they're not a problem. One or two here and there are not a problem.

I imagine they are pretty minor compared to what a lot of pregnant women get (and I fear you will, since you seem predisposed).
They don't look good, but its not a turn off. Guys will care far less about them then you do.
Thanks for answering,

I hate stretch marks... I feel really bad and unhappy about them. I can't even wear what I want without feeling self-concious.
What treatments did you do?
I tried glycolic acid treatment over stretch marks, then microdermabrasion machine and the previous treatments at the same time, and then

Don't chemical peels leave permanent burns if gone wrong?
the professional is very good so I can't tell, because mine didn't go wrong. It really works.
That's amazing! I though the results from microdermabrasion were only temporary!

I understand you...thanks for answering,
In all honesty I couldn't care less about stretch marks...
Stretch marks are not a turn off and can even be a turn on...but if you are doing your best to get rid of them...then why ask...
because as I said in my question, it still bothers me.
I am probably just grouchy today...but...I don't c how these stretch marks are any different than makeup...Females ask what males think and then tell us we're stupid, don't know what we are talking about, think we don't like makeup but we really do, it's your bodies and you will do as you damn well please.. Thank you...stretch marks make a female more unique and, just I find a mole or some freckles sexy..likewise stretch marks..

I'm with Jillian Michaels on this one: they're a trophy! They mean you lost weight or had a kid usually, which are both triumphs!
i have stretch marks on my ass... so yeah.
and I don't care whether or not a girl has stretch marks.
people who worry about these little things... that's just absolutely pitiful.
