I wish I was like this. Growing up I loved girly things. Not necessarily makeup and nails though.

Now I can't do it cause I lack money but also I don't know if its practical.

I want to look feminine and traditional though.

Those nails look like claws. It's a no for me. You can find ways to enhance your femininity by always wearing clothes that suit your body type, groom yourself at home, do diy self care instead of getting things done at the salon. Always smell good and eat well. Drink water and get enough rest. Also exercise at home. Get in the best shape of your life. When you look good , you feel good.

I love girly girls, but dislike long nails, fake nails and too much makeup. I dislike fake in general. Although a bit of natural-looking makeup and grooming is lovely. I like girls who keep their skin silky smooth, have cute, healthy hair, well groomed nails, and wear feminine clothes. They look and act soft and feminine.

But I take it you've discovered it's a guy in drag, and I guess it makes some sense that it's a guy. Feminine guys often seem to dial up the "femininity," perhaps to compensate for their masculine traits. I might be generalizing, but it's certainly a pattern I notice.

I gravitate and desire girly girls over any other type. I like girls who love to dress up, where dresses, skirts, short shorts, stockings, heels, etc. She doesn't have to be caked in makeup, or wear false lashes. But the only thing I absolutely love on a girl is nice nails done (almost to a deal breaker)! The nails in this picture is a bit long and I don't like the pointy kind. But I love medium to longer nails and squarish ones.
