Is it just me or is it rare to see a Black woman wearing short shorts?

Just an observation I noticed... Black women don't really wear short shorts. It's kind of a shame, because as you can see by the example picture Black women can look REALLY good in short shorts. But most of the time they seem to opt for baggy oversized clothes. It'd make more sense for Black girls to wear short shorts more, because of protection from the sun and shit.

She looks SO good. Wish I saw more Black women dressed like this.

I see lots and LOTS of White girls dressed like this.

It doesn't really make sense that White girls wear short shorts so much more, since their skin is more suspectable to sunburn.

Maybe where you live it's rare but in bigger cities like Toronto or New York I see it all the time. Ripped jean "short shorts" looks awful on everyone, no matter the race.
