Would it be possible to cover a small tattoo with red ink to make it appear darker brown or get it laser removed?

I have a small tattoo symbol that’s black and I’m brown so I was wondering if I went over it with red ink would it make the tattoo blend with my skin more or appear darker? I don’t want it removed if I can get it to blend in more with my skin because that would be cheaper than laser removal. What happens if you mix red over black ink?

I don't know the answer to your question but I suspect that applying more ink will just make things worse. I am curious about why you want to make the tattoo disappear.
