Styling tips for shorter hair?

Soooo. I got all my hair chopped off, I really love it but I also am not sure how I will style it. My hairdresser curled it after she cut it and I’d really like to try to keep it curled/wavy. I do have thermal protection spray, but is that enough to keep my hair from getting damaged? 💕💕💕
