Why am I aging so fast?

Im 33 & have a good amount of white hair already, but not like a full head. And under my eyes and around has wrinkles and looks like an old person already 🤯😔 . Any remedies? Not looking for expensive treatments/creams. Any supplements or home remedies.

Also is it genetics?

preventive stuff:

• SUNSCREEN (spf30 at least) every single day even in winter. reapply every two hours. most people that aren't dermatologists dont know this but you actually are supposed to do that... also 85-90% of visible aging is cause of the sun so keep that in mind
• wash your face well at least once a day everyday, remove all your makeup well before going to bed, moisturize twice a day right after wetting your face with lukewarm water, dont use too many products, dont use stuff that irritates your skin or clogs your pores. basically if you dont wash your face well enough, dont moisturize enough, mistreat your skin with harsh stuff you will age faster
• sleep properly every day (if you dont sleep enough or have bad quality sleep you will age faster too)
• get all your vitamins & nutrients. take vitamins, try to eat mainly organic healthy foods and minimize industrial chemical foods, processed sugar stuff, junk food, etc. if you dont get all your nutrients and especially on top if that if you have chemicals and sugar overloads from your food on a daily basis it also ages you a lot faster (internally mainly)
• drink enough water everyday. the 3L a day thing is a myth, since you get a lot of your water from food. you need to drink about 1L a day to have good hydration. if you dont drink enough it helps give you worse looking and premature wrinkles; also makes your skin look sullen which ages you
• exercise regularely. ideally work out hard a couple days a week for about an 1h at least. try to walk more, and try to be the least sedentary you can be. to be healthy and slow down visible and internal aging you need to stay active. the more you are the better the benefit
• use anti aging creams. not just any stuff, some stuff doesn't work. you want to use pharmacy grade stuff with collagen, hyaluronic acid, and some other stuff forgot what its called (you should google this stuff though). certain stuff can delay wrinkles and keep your skin looking young longer
• avoid drinking much & smoking. that shits ages you like crazy
• try to not be stressed much cause stress deepends and creates wrinkles. also chronic stress ages you internally and willl make your hair grey/whiten faster
• forgot about this but i think there's some ways you can specifically delay hair greying. u should look that up

• there are some treatments often needing prescriptions (a lot of the stuff that isn't prescription doesn't work that much or is a scam. companies are allowed to scam people as long as it doesn't hurt peoples health). its stuff with some types of acids or maybe collagen stuff dont remember. there not that expensive though and they actually do work. they reduce your wrinkles and if they're fine enough can remove them more or less
• there's also some skin treatments you can in dermatologist or plastic surgeron clinics (not botox or stuff like that) that get that do the same stuff as above. isn't that expensive either and works better than prescription creams
• increasing your hydration, and hydrating your skin with moisturizer more delingentely. if your skin is dry or your body just isn't hydrated enough that should fill in some wrinkles if they're caused partially by that
• for the hair stuff there should be maybe (i'm not sure if that exists) some pills you can take to restore a bit of your color. or else honestly just pluck your whites out if it's not thaat bad yet or start dying your hair

also yea your aging speed is partially to do with genetics but its more to do with environmental and lifestyle factors. you normally shouldn't have a shitton of wrinkles or white hairs at 33. your probably did something wrong

Like wine some people get better with age but on the other hand some people are like spoiled milk. Sleep is a wonderful thing & living a stress free life is a wonderful thing as well. Hydration always works so make sure you are drinking plenty of water instead of all the sugary drinks. As for me I love my solar therapy days at the beach & when I go sunscreen goes with me. Relax, chillax & life is good.

Stress and lifestyle choices can really take their tolls. Also, some people just go grey really quickly

I think genetics definitely play a role. I’m 30 now and I’ve got a lot of grey hair as well. My dad was the same way.
