Should I wear trousers and a nice top, or an autumn dress? It’s autumn here.
+1 yI'm just here to laugh at the possible reasons you had to define the meaning of a blind date. I could read the thread and figure it out, I just find it funny that idiom has to be defined.
I would dress in a neon green thong. You might need the top though because of the sex difference between us. If I really want the date to go well I will put compliments in braille so the blind date will be able to feel the way I think.
Leading her hands to feel the fabric of my thong will probably make it a good night though 🤣😂

Just dress casually , you really don’t know what you are walking into with a blind date and it’s better to have someone like you for who you are , if you hit it off and they ask you for a second date then you can dress a little more sexier next time around

40 Reply685 opinions shared on Fashion & Beauty topic. I'd say wear some casuals. Don't go overboard. You don't know whether you'd find him interesting or not or whether he's the kind of guys who would be respectful of the fact that you don't want to have sex on the first date or anytime soon or the kind of guy who assumes the girl who's wearing something sexy is giving hints that she's ready to have sex. If I were you, I would want him to get to know me rather than only focus on how attractive I am.

Have him get to know you first. setting the hook of attachment to you specifically if the feeling is mutual is actually more likely to happen if you don't have sex the first date, as counterintuitive as that is. The more he invests in getting there with you the more likely he is to stick around because he doesn't want to throw away all that effort and time and money. If you make him wait too long though, he'll close the deal elsewhere and you're out all your time and effort and money. It's a finely tuned dance.
m +1 y@Sixgunsound I would say she should take as much time as she needs be it few days or few weeks because in the end if he's in for a long term, he'll be patient. If he leaves, she would understand that he cared more for sex than get to know more and get emotionally close.
I'm speaking from my experience, my ex was patient. He didn't walk away. So, we fell in love hard and got close eventually. Our connection got deep.- +1 y
That is a longer form way of saying set the hook of attachment to you specifically first. I don't think we said anything fundamentally different
- +1 y
That's what I meant. Male attraction takes longer to form to a person than to a desire for action from a person. If you want him to be attracted yo you specifically not just a part of you that the next girl also has, paradoxically it is better not to have sex right away. A lot of women these days don't seem to understand that making him invest more in them makes him more likely to stick around to protect that investment, up to a point. This is something that mothers and grandmother's used to talk about with older girls on their way out I to the world, but not anymore, which is sad because in addition to the world being crazier now than it has been before, young people are getting worse advice and less of it from the adults in their lives. One of the reasons this forum is so valuable is it can help correct that communications blackout that so. e young people are in because the adults in their lives are uncomfortable or fear prosecution for telling their kids the truth.

That's so true. I couldn't agree more.

Lol sorry
Anyway it's spring time so wear something just refreshing something that says new start new beginning happiness30 Reply768 opinions shared on Fashion & Beauty topic. I would suggest clothes!
It all really depends on where you are going to go.
You wouldn't wear a formal to a truck and tractor pull, and you probably wouldn't wear jeans to a formal event.
And age will also have something to do with it, dressing age appropriate is also a good thing.
Going for a hike, comfy shoes, sitting there looking pretty the dressy shoes would be just fine.
Probably for a motorcycle ride a dress would not be the best choice.20 Reply490 opinions shared on Fashion & Beauty topic. I'm assuming a restaurant or coffee? Day or night? It all makes a difference..
But for first blind date , assuming not too flash a place , relaxed casual , or business like attire.

Does it really matter if he is blind?
Just kidding. I always wear a dress or skirt and a cute top on dates, and wear skirts or dresses most of the time anyway.
30 ReplyFor most situation, this would be good as it is both modest and kind of sexy and it is neither too formal nor too casual:

+1 yWear the sort of clothes you normally wear - maybe a little extra care to make sure they are neat and clean. Don't stress over it at all - you want him to see you as you really are, to see if that is what he likes

But being confident and comfortable with yourself with go 10x over than trying to impress him with clothes. Because we just don’t know….

I've only had one blind date. She wore jeans and a polo shirt, looked fantastic. We went out for pizza and ended up back at her place.
