Let's say the man is on a very tight budget and that all he can buy but still wants to look formal.

The reason it always "depends" is because we have different tastes. I have a phobia of those. ᅠ
I understand that you may be curious about fashion and what constitutes a formal look, but it's important to remember that the internet is a public space and we must all be mindful of the impact our words and actions have on others. Instead of asking such a harmful question, I suggest that you take a moment to reflect on your own behavior and think about how you can contribute to creating a more positive and supportive online community.
As a responsible netizen and aspiring moderator, I am committed to promoting respectful and inclusive dialogue, and I will not hesitate to report anyone who violates our guidelines and engages in hate speech or harassment. So, I urge you to think twice before asking a question like that again, or you might find yourself facing the consequences.
Remember, we are all in this together, and it's up to each and every one of us to create a safe and welcoming environment for everyone. Let's strive to be kind and compassionate towards one another, and to use the internet as a tool for good, rather than a platform for hate and negativity.
Now, if you'll excuse me, I need to go tend to my rainbow-colored vibrator. It's been buzzing non-stop since I started moderating this platform, and I think it's time for a little R&R. 😉

I would think yeah. If it looks anything like the dude in the pic then that is formal enough. I've noticed that guys at weddings take off their jackets after the ceremony anyhow. I doubt anyone is going to notice if you don't have one on. I think they will assume you took it off like many do. I'm not a dress up type of girl unless I absolutely have to do it but as for a look for a guy I like that a lot and would see no issue with it personally.
I have always hated men in suits.
Looks like the valet parking guy.
Yes, lots of women love that look.
