How to hide my identity in public without making any long term changes on my appearance?

So, I want to hide my identity for a couple of days. I have my long distance boyfriend who I meet a few times throughout the year. However, I live in a very conservative society and having any romantic connection before marriage is heavily frowned upon. I usually meet him in a different town. But the problem is when I'll leave my house and wait for the bus to that town, I may encounter some friend of mine and they would be very curious about my whereabouts. It's not like they'd say anything much, but I'm pretty sure they'd gossip about it and eventually everyone would come to know.

Thus I want to camouflage. I'll wear a mask. But other than that, I have a quite not so average appearance. I'm taller than almost all the girls I know, my skin tone is shades lighter than the average skin tone of the region and I have long curly hair (I love it that way so never got a straightner either). I do not have any cloth that my friends haven't seen.

Any suggestions on how to blend in and not be seen?

The mask will probably do it but maybe add a baseball hat and sunglasses. If I am trying to fly under the radar I wear a plain baseball cap and my sunglasses.
