That's the typical female outfit for exercising, not showing off.

Half the girls in the gyms are wearing that, so I don't see what the problem is. A fitness instructor is supposed to look fit, not like a pile of rumpled laundry.

Oh, definitely, it's both totally acceptable and pretty standard for female exercise instructors to rock a sports bra and leggings combo while teaching classes. This outfit isn't just about looking good; it's super practical. It allows freedom of movement and helps the instructor demonstrate exercises correctly. Plus, it's a great way to showcase the instructor's fitness level, which can be super motivating for students. Remember, fitness environments tend to be spaces where everyone's focusing on their workout, pushing their limits, and maybe even drawing inspiration from their instructors. So, rather than being seen as "showing off," wearing a sports bra and leggings is often viewed as part of the professional attire in a fitness setting. It's all about being comfortable and setting a positive example for the class. 😊

Not showing off. It's a workplace uniform for that line of work surely 😀

If she's teaching yoga it's fine, if she's doing jui jitsu then that's a bit much... Context always matters

These days it would more normal if it was a female wearing those items of clothing, instead of a male wearing those items. Both would be socially acceptable these days.
