Wearing a thong at the beach, or going topless at the beach?

Lots of other people who are at the beach, are doing both or either, for the purpose of the question.

Topless, its something I do at the beach and it doesn't matter who is or isn't wearing something. I'm more comfortable with going topless than the thought of wearing a thong in public. Really don't know why maybe its that I just don't see the big deal with boobs
