Guys? Please help me? I have a male neighbor who looks at me, smiles and waves hi one day and the very next he avoids me, TURNS HIS BACK after I look right at him. He was detailing his car and when he saw me, he stood right up and gave me a big flashy smile and waved. I did the same but the next day he hated me. WTH?

I doubt he hated you for just looking at him. Sounds to me like he has a little crush on you! Maybe one day when he gives you one of the flashy smiles and waves, go over and say hi face to face and ask how he's been. He probably turns his back to you sometimes because you make him nervous, it's a common reaction from people when they see someone they like but aren't ready to be seen by that person.

he likes you but your not responding to him in a way that he hopes you would, and he's shy, so if you like the guy YOU need to approach him and talk to him about how you feel etc, and if you like him just tell him
