My neighbor and I made out I need some advice?

So I get off of the drunk bus last night and I was obviously drunk and so was he. As we are walking I say hello and ask it we are neighbors which we ended up living in the same hallway. We hung out and kept drinking. We went on the porch and he started making out with me. I don't do 1 night stands so I kind of told him no not yet cause he wanted more. He didn't act weird when I told him this. I ended up sleeping at my house because he passed out. I saw him tonight at the bar and he said "hey baby girl" I don't know if I should try to talk to him more or just let it go as lost. 1st night we meet I'm not down to sleep together but after a couple I don't mind. Just don't want to sleep with a COMPLETE stranger. Should I say something next time I see him or just leave it as lost?
