What does it mean if a guy puts his head on your shoulder?

Sooo, I was on a group trip and my friend (guy), always put his head on my shoulder. Ad when we were talking, he was constantly staring at my lips. When we got there, he put his arm around my shoulder and whispered in my ear, "Your so cold hearted".
I'm confused. :(
