I work with this guy that I really like, we get on great and when I'm with him (this is a bit cheesy) it just feels like home. However, when we first met he was seeing someone else, so I never thought I had a chance and wouldn't want to break up a relationship. He broke up with her about two months ago, and things were looking great between us - he was always around and would come for random chats,He'll tell me how great I am etc.He stares at me a lot, although he's always done that.

Then all of a sudden he stops giving me all of this attention and this coincides with him seeing another girl!

I'm so confused - does this guy like me? but then why these other girls?

You may have been unclear in your feelings for him. If he wasn't pretty sure you liked him he wouldn't risk asking you out. If you were clear then he might have just been being friendly and you mistook it for flirting (I do the opposite of this all the time lol they're flirting and I just think they're being friendly). Or he might just not be that into you. He may think you're attractive but its just a work crush. So many possibilities, its really endless.

Maybe you wasn't making it clear you were into him, so he gave up and moved on
