Our legs touch underneath a table, she doesn't pull away... sign she likes me?

With friends at a loud bar, sitting across from each other at small table. I turn to talk to her, our faces are so close to hear each other. At one point our legs/knees were touching underneath the table for at least a minute, when we weren't even talking. She didn't move away until another friend came over.

Later on she came up behind me at the bar and gently put her hand on my back, she told me some random guy was trying to hit on her.

She and I have been subtly flirting for a year now, plenty more moments like this between us. I have asked her to meet up twice this month (coffee first, next a drink), both times went great we can talk to each other for hours... but it felt like we were both a bit anxious/nervous, so the touching wasn't there.
