Why hasn't my crush made a move yet? Is he just nervous?

He has given me every clue in the book that he's interested but he hasn't asked me to hang out or go on a date. I've asked a mutual friend to help with it if he thought my crush was interested. He said he was sure that the crush was interested. So what's the hold up?

I am told he is shy but to me he doesn't seem shy... I would ask him but we haven't had any alone time together recently.

He doesn't think you are interested. Try talking to him instead of everyone else about him. I know if I where him and I felt people where talking about me, I would avoid them.

Well he doesn't know I've been talking to my girl friends about him. I've only mentioned something to my mutual guy friend about it in hopes he could get us started talking. If it were at a bar i wojks totally ask for his number or to go on a date.

The point still stands, try talking to him. Start simple like "hi, how are you?" And see where it goes. Putting people in the middle complicates things.

No hints will ever reach his head, if he hasn't noticed, that you are interested. He will continue the conversation with "yeah i want to see it too". And don't ever ask him if he likes you. He will say "no". 90‰ he's interested 100% he will say, he's not :D

Now why on earth would he say no he doesn't like me then? I have a hard time understanding guys way of thinking lol why doesn't he just ask me out versus dropping all of these hints.

Exactly as in the place that I see him it's not a topic that would just randomly come up. He is always listening to my conversations it feels like when I'm talking to others around me. What do I need to do the next time I see him to get things going?

That's an excuse. It wouldn't just come up even if the two of you were alone. Because there's always an excuse. You can create opportunities for it to happen. Say "ever been to (whatever café or restaurant)? i love that place, wanna tag along with me?" you will see the instant smile on his face.

There are some guys who become to nervous to ask a girl out. Even i (even if im usually confident) was nervous when i asked my now fiancee out, but i hesitated so long because i was not sure how she felt, infact she liked me all the time but lost hope in being with me because i never asked her out and so she began talking to another guy, shortly after it i asked her out and now happy end.

My fiancee regreted it when she didn't asked me out because it almost ended us before we could even start.

So if you like him ask him out. Ask him to talk alone or write him a sms or call in for a meeting, there a many ways to be alone.

Well ironically when I was out this weekend at a bar I met a guy but he admitted he was too scared to approach me as he said he was intimated by how gorgeous I am as he put it. He also had alcohol in him which normally gives people a little more confidence. This guy is pretty outgoing too so if an outgoing guy gets nervous then I'm assuming this crush of mine is just scared for whatever reason then?

There are many reason why someone could be scared.
- you are over his league or so he thinks
- you dont send him the correct signs of interest or he dont see them
- he might be the guy who thinks that because you are gorgeous and visiting bars that you dont are relationship material but still likes you (yes, this guys are common)
- he might be shy when it comes to woman he likes
- he might be a gay man who you saw as straight (probably not)
- he might not like you
- he is... whatever thousand other reason there are

Well the is the first time I've gone to the bars in the last 6 months which he knows.

Then he is probably shy around woman he likes. I myself have no problem approaching woman but once i like them i just can't do it anymore, i am then too shy to talk to her, the more i like her the harder it gets and so its probably with him.

What makes you think that for sure? He initiates conversations, makes eye contact, smiles a lot, laughs at all of my jokes, asked my relationship status etc. But the only thing he hasn't done is asked me out.
