Casual way to give a girl your number or to ask for hers?

Whats a good way to give a girl your number without being awkward or is it better to ask them for theirs and if so what are some good ways to do that?

booorrriiinnnggg! none of this cheesy stuff! us girls want to be excited, we want a real man. no big smiles and eye twinkling. first you gotta flirt! wink at her, say things that will make her melt. you don't kno this, but you guys have a lot over us. if we ask you if you're excited about the weekend, say "fu*ckyeah" in an agressive way... and we will probably get a tingle up our spine! after a few days of flirting., act distant. we will start to wonder why you're not showing that interest and you'll be on our mind! then when we least expect it, hand us a piece of paper with the digits! keep us on our toes! xx

i don't know if it would work for guys, but when I ask for a guy's number, I add their name to a "new contact" option and hand the phone to them. they usually fill in the rest. :) afterward, I immediately send a text saying "thanks :)" whether they have their phone or not, and I make sure they know I sent one, so that they'll get my number.

Just talk to a girl for a little bit and if the conversation goes well or you wanna talk to her again, say hey, here's my number...so we can talk some more sometime.

Work with something like that. That's how guys've exchanged numbers with me! haha
