Some girls like to give pet names to particularly close male friends, it could mean she recognizes you as a bit of a flirt which she enjoys and is encouraging it with the name. It could also mean she identifies you as a potential partner but certain factors in her life mean she doesn't want to get into it. Or she's just doing it for the fun of it, just as a tease, or maybe even a flirt. But its up to you to figure out which it is.

We do flirt. She acts crazy with everyone but with me she says thanks love! If I help her or hi love but she says it quick when she’s rushing off to do something else lol. I don’t know it’s very silly I guess.
