What does it mean when a guy calls a girl my love?

He keeps calling me "my love", or "my heart", but never actually talks about his feelings. He uses this words in almost every sentence. For exemple if I ask him if he did something, he never says yes or no, but "yes my love". Do you guys think that my love is just a pet name, or is it the same thing as I love you? Thanks! :)

If he loves u he should say it. He is either afraid of sayng it 1st or he is going to say it very soon. if it was baby, i would say maybe not yet loves u. But my love seems more serious. I can't b sure though. Just wait for it or u tell him I love you urself if u r feeling it. doesn't have to b him to say it 1st
