Does she like me or am I delusional?

First of all, English is not my mother tongue. Sorry for the mistakes :) There's this girl in my school. I've met her 3 weeks ago. We followed each other on instagram and i started liking her pics. Each day I liked 1 pic to get her attention. After that, she probably understood that i like her because she kept coming to our class. There are her friends in my class but she didn't come often before. She caught me staring at her a few times and I also caught her staring at me.

Her bff Ally is also my friend. I talked to Ally about her and Ally said "Take it slow because she's never dated anyone before, no matter how hard i tried to make her date someone." so i started taking it slow. Then one day I went to Starbucks and shared it on instagram hoping that maybe she would come. She did. 45 mins later she came to Starbucks with some of her friends. 1 week later the same thing happened again. I shared a song for her on snapchat. Next day she shared a song on instagram.

Yesterday I wanted Ally to talk to her about me and find out if she likes me or not. Instead Ally told her that I like her and wanna date her I guess because that girl sent me a message saying that she doesn't want any relationships. I didn't reply. Today I was sleeping on the desk. She woke me up and took me outside of the class. She said "I don't want a relationship and it's not about you. I don't want you to stay away from me or act cold. You're just going too fast. You want some things to be done quickly. You are precious to me so I want you to stay in my life. When you asked Ally to learn about my thoughts, it was like "if she doesn't like me, im not gonna waste my time with her" and that didn't make me feel good."

What should I do now? I'm so confused. Does she like me? Should I keep chasing her? We're gonna meet tomorrow. What should I tell her? Should I give up on her? Please help me guys
