Is it unhealthy to keep looking at your crush’s social media profiles?

I find myself constantly going back to look at my crush’s Facebook profile and sometimes I’ll scroll through his Instagram too. He doesn’t use his social media much so nothing really changes, but when he does change something I always notice.

The reason why I keep looking at them is because I never get to see him anymore and I miss him. I’m like 98% sure he likes me back but since he barely uses his social media, he’s hard to talk to since we never see each other. He does talk to me when we do get to see each other in person.

I don’t know if I’m just making myself miss him more by looking at his Facebook and Instagram.
