NO, why the hell would you apologize for that? Unless you forced yourself on her somehow... then don't worry. How do you know she doesn't remember it?
What is there to apologize for? You didn't do anything wrong. I mean you can say that you're sorry but don't make it seem like you actually mean it; what did you do wrong? A kiss is a kiss.
Apologize would be the right thing to do. That and maybe not go out drinking with her any more so it doesn't happen again.
