When you leave a waitress your number, do you expect her to call you?

I am a waitress in a restaurant and I tend to get hit on a lot because often times the customers who come in during my shift are drunk. Occasionally I get a phone number, but I always throw them away and never call them. However, it came to my attention recently that a co-worker does call the numbers she gets and occasionally hangs out with these random customers who gave her their number. I mentioned it to a guy I work with and he said that he called one once and that eventually, I will, too.

Is it odd that they are so okay with calling the numbers or odd that I would never even consider it?

that sounds a bit sketch. I mean really, they are basing their number giving on your looks essentially, I mean REALLY they can't get a girl unless they leave a number on some table. can you spell desperate?

My thoughts exactly. Honestly, I have never really gotten a number from someone I would have considered dating. Some of them have been okay looking, but their personality wasn't something I was into.

I look really young, so usually the drunk creepers give me their numbers. Scary.

I think it sounds like fun. As long as you remember the customer. But then again, I'm a person who loves talking to strangers.
