What Does She Mean When She Says Thanks For Noticing?

A girl who’s always acted like she had a crush on me dyed her dark brunette hair to a really beautiful medium golden brown color. I asked her if she dyed it that color, and that it looked really nice. She replied with an amorous tone in her voice, “Thanks for noticing!” Then just ran off, while texting away to someone on her phone, probably bragging to a female friend how much she loved the compliment. But, it could be wishful thinking on my part.

That phone call could have been about anything.

I do think you have read too much into that one incident, but that doesn't mean you shouldn't chance it with her if you genuinely think she likes you.

Put the feelers out there with her, but make sure she's not simply a flirty person in gerneral.

What have have you got to lose right? Just go talk to her.
