What does this mean when she says it was really good seeing you again?

Last night I went out to see my ex's band play. I haven't spoken with her in 2 months we broke up and the main reason was every time we would go out or we were together she would completely ignore me as if I weren't there. Well I talked to her a few times throughout the night then I snuck out without saying bye to her. 3 hours later I get a text saying sorry its so late but I just wanted to say thanks for coming and it was really good seeing you again I really miss you. So is she realizing the she treated me and feels bad or is she just being nice?

She means what she said. Maybe she's regretting ending things? You never know for sure unless you ask. Majority of girls wouldn't say it just to be nice though. Good luck!
