Caught a guy staring at me, how do I regain my confidence?

There’s this really attractive guy at my work that I see often. He works in the produce department. One day, while I was doing my tasks, I knew he was pretty far from where I was standing, and I thought he was focusing on setting up the fruits. So I decided to slowly look up at him, only to catch his sweet eyes staring back at me. It made me blush and look away. I’ve caught him staring at me more than once, but I’m just very shy and nervous to approach him. I had past experiences where I jump to conclusions and get confusing mixed signals and flirting from guys. Next thing I know, they’re with another girl. (There was ALWAYS something that went wrong). At the end It usually made me feel rejected and not good enough for them. In this situation I would of at least smiled, but it’s a bit awkward when your wearing a mask and all you see are eyes. How should I approach him without coming off too awkward?

Next time give him a small wave and a smile. Perhaps batt your eyes a little. And turn away. Then look back again lol. If you catch him with the look back, it’s gonna pull at his heart strings.

Guys are scared to approach these days, so they look for signs of mutual interest. That’s why hoes do so well these days, because they make it clear that the feeling is mutual. When you want a guy to talk to you, just give him signs of a green light. And if all else fails, make the first move and ask him how his day is as you walk by with a smile. No other girl is asking about his day. You will be like a Goddess to him 😍

Go up to where he is working and help him with his tasks. He’ll ask why you’re helping and you strike up a conversation. This is a good way to start. Just give him an easy flirty reply.

I'd just start up with a causal conversation. "Hi I'm "blank" how is your day going so far?, Any plans for the holidays?" Pain stakingly simple but It leads into other deeper stuff after, start simple and go from there
