When i asked a ques about him, how he's posessive and jealous and touches my arm and side to say hi... people called him creepy.

he's doing odd stuff but its not creepy... he's FREAKING HOT, SUPER HANDSOME AND he's INCREDIBLY CUTE.

I just find his actions confusing. But creepy? Mmm no.

I'm not going to spend any time googling definitions and euphemisms for "creepy", but I'd say it may be defined as...
A man who makes subtle or bold advances, or scopes out a woman from afar, who is clearly not interested in being around him.

Men already know that better looking men can get away with all sorts of stuff that the average and lesser man can't. The problem is the reaction from females varies, depending on the appearance, status, etc. of the guy. That's both understandable... and somewhat unjust, right?

I'd wager a majority of the time, people who are called "creepy" are better described as "socially awkward" and/or "misunderstood", but that doesn't mean there aren't bad people out there. You can talk the guy and get to know a bit more before you make a concrete judgement, but don't let attractiveness blind you.

Yeah i guess i wish he was gentler. Most men are very rough these days. I dont get why. It just makes me scared of them even if i do like them too. But yeah...
