I have a guy friend who I have recently started lusting after. We actually kissed a few months ago & since then the lust has grew stronger. I want to take the initiative & act upon my feelings but I don’t want it to ruin our friendship + he’s moving in a few months 🥲 (there has always been a strong connection between us)

No, not at all. This is very normal and, in fact, often leads to couplehood because two opposite-sex close friends often get so close that it only makes sense to become a couple - usually a very good couple. Believe me, in your case, he's probably lusting over you too.
