He ignored me for 2 days after these texts and proceeded to show excitement for his coworker, another girl, being added to our sports group chat.

He welcomed her to the group chat while ignoring me. He showed that he was active on our group chat and did not intitiate any texts to me.

It doesn't surprise me he is unaware of your feelings. The conversation you posted is very strictly platonic in nature. If all you conversations go like this he thinks of your relationship as platonic friendship at best, and friendzoned at worst.

He made the comment that your outfit was "cute". He's probably leaving the door open to you, you just need to step through it.

If I remember the text, he said you looked cute right after he said I liked your costume. So while he may not be turned off to you, it's not enough to go on. I tell some people they are really pretty but I am not asking for more. I recommend you watch YouTube on the signs a man is attracted to you. We make very obvious signs in our body language

Don't read too much into one conversation. Allow some time for more interaction. If you really like him it is best to be honest and direct. You can't read his mind, so I always say if you don't ask you won't know.
